Are group yoga classes suitable for beginners or "advanced" practitioners?
Yes, absolutely. Modifications and different variations of poses are offered so you can choose what works for you.
Do you also offer evening classes?
You can book private classes in the afternoons/evenings. Group classes are only offered in the mornings.
Do you offer hands-on adjustments?
No. In a group setting, it's challenging for teachers to be fully informed about each individual's unique injury history and specific anatomy to conduct hands-on adjustments in an effective and safe manner.
Do you offer indoor classes?
No. Group classes take place on the beach in front of Sunset Lounge. You can always book a private class that can take place at your holiday villa.
What do you do in case of bad weather?
In case of rain, the class is cancelled. In case of wind or kalima, we usually go ahead with the class.
Do you offer refunds if I paid for the class and am unable to attend?
Refunds are not offered, however you can change the date of the class if you notify me at least 12 hours before the start of the class or gift the class to a friend.
